*Thank you for choosing Bruni Web Design & Business Solutions. All sales are final.

Websites:

Any revisions or edits to your project must be discussed and reiterated in an email communication to ensure both the integrity of the work and your utmost satisfaction. All websites will include our name in the footer of your page. *A minimum of 60% of the invoice price is required for us to begin work on your project of  1000USD or more. The remainder is due upon completion of the website and before the website goes live. Clients paying in full receive priority and project is fast tracked. * If your project is 1000USD or less, 100% of the invoice price is required for us to begin work unless another agreement is reached. Should you have any questions, please submit them to mywebsite@bruniwebdesign.com and we shall address your correspondence in a timely manner.

Social Media:

All Social Media Accounts must pay on a monthly basis no later than the 10th day of the month or services will be suspended. All social media accounts must reach their full term as stated on their individual proposals. In the event of an account not fulfilling their full term or in the event of non payment, all social media accounts will be subject to an early termination fee and locked until terms have been met. If terms are not met within 5 days of termination, all social media posts created by Bruni Web Design will be deleted and account will be returned in its original format.

Graphics:

All original graphics must be paid in full, unless part of an ongoing campaign valued at 1000USD or more. You will receive a JPG and PNG file for use without the need of a license. 

Note:

*In the event that proposed document not be signed and returned in a timely manner, initial payment will act as Signature of party for acceptance of proposal. This Document may be Docusigned, Signed and Mailed, or Returned by Email giving us expressed consent and authorization to begin work on this project. Thank you.
